We’re going to do things a little bit differently with this here spring cleaning post. You see, you’re going to give me the answers. I’ll show you the photos and you tell me which E word is represented. I’d also love to hear how you combat these words. I like to think we’re building a community here so please speak up and let your voices be heard. TEACH ME!
In other news my dog got neutered yesterday and is doing well.

I would normally put a helpful caption right here but it doesn't feel like I should put anything here because of what the picture is. HINT

Ummm…sorry Mac, you missed one
1. Embarrassment – I laugh at not at myself, but with myself. Yes, it makes sense in my head.
2. Emotions – Tough one, I try to exercise it out, but sometimes, I’ll be honest, I eat or drink it away temporarily.
3. Eating – I kick ass at cooking healthy tasty food.
4. Exercise – I run. I love it and I feel like a bird! A heavy bird, weighted down with rocks, but a bird.
5. Emptiness – I fill it with the sound of the laughter of my friends and family.
6. Envy – A DMB quote “What I want is what I’ve not got, but what I need, is all around me.”

Remember, when it comes to losing abdominal fat, you have to adopt a holistic, whole-body approach – there are absolutely no shortcuts. A surgical shortcut like liposuction also becomes meaningless if you are not going to control to your diet, because removing fat cells from the abdomen by liposuction will lead to excess fat storage elsewhere – perhaps under the chin or on knees or shoulders – where it may look even worse than at the abdomen.
